On November 20, 2022, Attorney Brad Wolfe successfully completed the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s DUI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Course. Over three days, and a total of 24 hours, Attorney Wolfe received the exact training provided to law enforcement officers for administering and interpreting Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. These tests are commonly performed by law enforcement during a DUI/OVI investigation and include the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test, the Walk and Turn test, and the One Leg Stand test. The course was instructed by retired police officer and field sobriety testing expert Josh Ott of Caselock, Inc.
