Attorney Brad Wolfe was honored to contribute to the Office of Disciplinary Counsel of the Supreme Court of Ohio’s Proactive Management-Based Regulation (PMBR) course, which will be offered during the 2027–2029 biennium.
PMBR is an online, on-demand program designed to help solo and small firm attorneys develop ethical infrastructures that enhance the delivery of legal services, strengthen client relationships, and reduce the risk of violations of the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct.
Attorney Wolfe discussed emerging trends in artificial intelligence and the practice of law, focusing on the ethical considerations surrounding lawyers’ use of AI, as well as the importance of maintaining independent professional judgment.

Brad Wolfe is the Founding Attorney of Brad Wolfe Law, L.L.C., a Cleveland-based criminal defense firm representing individuals and entities under investigation or charged with criminal offenses in federal, state, municipal, and juvenile courts throughout Northeast Ohio.
Brad also serves as an Acting Judge in the Mentor Municipal Court and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, where he serves as Co-Chair of the Technology Committee.
